One Essential Trial per verified email. After seven days, platform access is disabled and an upgrade is required. Essential eligibility resets one year after trial expiry. The 30-day technical-data retention and 365-day eligibility periods are policy schedules; physical deletion is not currently guaranteed by an operational automated process. Holds and other lawful retention requirements may extend retention.
Paid access begins only after commercial review, payment verification, and activation. Requests do not activate a plan, and there is no automatic overage billing. Enterprise capacity and retention are set by contract; the policy minimum is 365 days.
